Since leaving California wine making, John has worked from the Finger Lakes down through to Annapolis, consulting new wineries as to how they should make their wines. While at Paul Hobbs Winery in California, John produced 23 wines that were rated over 90 points by Robert Parker, as well as two 100-point wines.

Dr. Joe Fiola,

Viticulture and Small Fruit Specialist. Dr. Fiola holds a B.S. in Horticulture from Cook College, an M.S. in Horticulture from Rutgers University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland and has over 25 years of academic and industry experience in research and work in small fruit production, viticulture, and enology.

Deborah Everett,

after working at Great Shoals, Everett opened the first wine bar exclusive to Maryland wines. As an entrepreneur she's tapped the budding markets of Maryland wine and locavorism in a real and sustainable way.
